Doris and David Swor have been in Real Estate Sales and Development in the Fort Myers, Florida area for the past 30 years.
David has been involved in the development of several high rise condos on Bonita Beach, two specialty Shopping Centers, several office buildings and residential developments, and The Forest Country Club (an upscale community on over 600 acres, with two championship golf courses and over 800 dwelling units.)
Doris was involved in the sale and financing of many ranches, orange groves and large acreage tracts of land. Her involvements also include the development of Six Lakes Mobile Home and Golf Course Community, the first of its kind in SW Florida, and Danport Center, a 120 acre interstate development on I-75 and Daniels Road in Fort Myers.

Creekside Cottages
Creekside Meadows is a unique area within Bear Creek consisting of a maximum of 9 homes located close to Anthony Creek Trout Stream.
