Comprised of more than 750 acres New River State Parks offers multiple access areas for camping and recreation. Primitive campgrounds include picnic tables and outdoor grills. There are 3 access points throughout the NC High Country: (1) Wagoner Access Area, (2) US 221 Access and (3) Alleghany County Access.
